Format #1
Ultra Cosmic family food & FUNdraiser
Each participant gets two slices of pizza and one soft drink (we will have a variety of pizza & beverage)
Then all U Can Bowl Ultra Cosmic(UP TO 3 HOURS)
and includes use of rental shoes and bowling balls
(Ultra Cosmic is a light and music show while bowling)
Tickets are $12.00 per person or $39 per family of four
($12 is our regular price per person without the food!)
$4 from every individual ticket sold will go to fundraiser.
$12 from every family will go to fundraiser.
We can print up tickets to sell in advance(recommended) tickets will be numbered
Unsold tickets must be returned with cash. You will keep track of valid ticket #’s
A stub is available to draw for prizes if you collect some to give away
You should charge $1 more per person at the door for walk-ins
Scotch Doubles Ultra Cosmic Bowling Fundraiser
This is our most popular fundraiser primarily geared toward adults. Usually run on a Friday or Saturday evening.
Tickets are sold for teams of two people. Each person bowls one ball in a frame never having the same person throw twice in a row. It is a fun format and not competitive.
Each team bowls 3 games with cosmic bowling usually starting half way through the 2nd game.
The fundraising group sets the price. Groups sell $25 tickets. Northway gets $10 with $15 to charity group(some use $5 for prizes if you haven’t had some donated) Bowlers pay for their own shoes if needed. Many groups sell $30 tickets which includes the shoes, so we charge $12 per team. Group then has $18 to use.
We print numbered tickets with prize stub. We also can print 81/2 X 11 posters for display.
